The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Ms. Tina Montgomery has accepted the position of Executive Director, effectively immediately. Senior Support Services (CPHC) is a volunteer-based organization providing a vast amount of services for seniors across the tri-county, helping them to remain independent and safe in their own homes and communities.
Roger Haley, Senior Support Services’ (CPHC) Board Chair states, “Tina brings an enormous amount of experience to the ED position. She has been with the CPHC organization for many years, and was Manager of Community Support Services over the past 6 years. Tina is also very well known in the community; she is a member of various committees of partner agencies providing services to seniors”.
The Senior Support Services (CPHC) Board has been searching for a new Executive Director following the retirement of the former ED at the end of 2018. There were approximately 20 applications from across Ontario.
“The South East LHIN (Local Health Integration Network) recently provided CPHC with a renewed operating agreement which extends until 2022”, stated Haley. “With new health care strategies coming forward, the Board is confident that they have the right staff and volunteers in place to continue serving seniors within our region. Tina is the right leader to take us in that new direction”.
