CPHC offers Caregiver Support Services Supporting:

• Alzheimer Outreach Program (AOP)
• Frail Adults & Physically Challenged 18+

We offer an In-Home Respite Service, Caregiver Support and Counselling Service, Support Groups, Training, Information and Education Service, Caregiver Programs (Day Away, Spa Day etc.), as well as Music and Memories Luncheons.

CPHC offers Adult Day Service

This service is community designed to meet the needs of the physically disabled and/or cognitively impaired adults. Social and recreational needs are met within safe, secure environments and are designed to: help maintain physical and mental function; keep individuals living at home and provide caregiver respite.
