Centre of Excellence Capital Project

CPHC and Community Partners are building a Health and Wellness Centre of Excellence for residents of all ages. CPHC is now in its pre-construction $950,000 Capital Fundraising Campaign. If you or any of your contacts are committed to this project and would like to make a donation, please contact Ruth Kitson at 613-342-1747 ext. 22 or Fay Garvin at 613-342-1747 ext. 25.

Donations

CPHC is known in our communities throughout Lanark, Leeds and Grenville for the excellence, innovativeness and accessibility of our services. Government funding and United Way funding assist with the provision of core programs/services, but corporate donations, fundraising events/activities, and donations from individual donors have enabled us to expand and enhance our programs/services to meet the needs of our communities.

The support of our donors has made it possible for CPHC to make improvements in service and ensure the availability of service to individuals and caregivers. Your support has touched many lives and assisted CPHC in fulfilling our vision for optimal health for the people in our communities.

Fundraising Activities

CPHC staff and volunteers organize fundraisers through the year to support our services.

Come on board by:
     - Being a sponsor
     - Donating a prize
     - Volunteering to plan or assist with an event

For more information please contact Ruth Kitson, Executive Director at 613-342-1747 x22 or e-mail info@cphcare.ca.

Planned Giving

Planned giving is a way of perpetuating your support to CPHC Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. Planned gifts are usually gifts of capital such as a bequest or gift of life insurance. Many people, after they have provided for their loved ones in their will, also wish to leave something to the causes that are special to them. Planned gifts usually involve a legal document such as a will or life insurance policy. Your lawyer can assist you with the legal documentation.

A CPHC representative will be pleased to discuss these matters with you in more detail:

  • Estate planning
  • General information on planned giving
  • Providing for a bequest in your will
  • Gifts of life insurance
  • Charitable gift annuities
  • Gifts of personal and real property
