Seniors’ Independence

at Home & in the Community

Senior Support Services (CPHC) is a registered charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families. Serving Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, and Kingston (Lifeline), Senior Support Services (CPHC) provides comprehensive and flexible support with the goal of improving the health, safety and happiness of our clients.

Senior Support Services (CPHC) first began serving the seniors of Brockville in 1913 as a former branch of an national community support services organization. By 1970, the branch had expanded throughout Lanark, Leeds and Grenville to serve communities such as Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, and Gananoque.

In 2006, community support services and programs transferred to a new organization, Community & Primary Health Care – Lanark, Leeds & Grenville (CPHC).  In 2019, the organization was re-branded and is now known as Senior Support Services-CPHC.
